1. BS degree and above, majoring in EE, CE, or CS field.
2. Proficiency in Perl, C/C++, TCL/TK, and UNIX shell script programming.
3. Knowledge of or interesting in CAD automation and EDA related usage.
4. Experience in Spice or characterizing cell library is a plus.
5. Positive attitude, teamwork, self-motivated.
